Il est vrai que l'automne est doux, mais nous avons déjà eu quelques nuits assez fraiches pour inciter certaines plantes à entrer en dormance, et elles commencent tranquillement à perdre leurs feuilles ! N'hésitez surtout pas à adresser un mail avec photo à notre SAV si vous avez le moindre doute, nous mettrons tout en œuvre pour vous accompagner au mieux ! Se sera la même réponse pour la totalité de la commande. Le transporteur a mis 11 jours pour me livrer alors il est difficile pour moi d’évaluer un produit qui arrive à moitié fané

Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Nous comprenons votre ressenti, ces plantes n'ont que peu de chevelu racinaire lorsqu'ils sont vendu en racines nues. Il est encore tôt pour présumer de leur non reprise et les framboisiers sont increvables ! Également, il leur arrive souvent d'abandonner la tige en place pour repartir vigoureusement de la souche ! Alors surtout poursuivez les arrosages et les soins, vos plants doivent démarrer avant la mi Mai. Nous restons dans tous les cas à vos côtés jusqu'à leur reprise, et vous remercions d'avance de nous adresser un mail avec photo s'il s'avère que vos plants ne repartent pas comme prévus ! Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Concernant les arbustes à petits fruits, il convient de patienter la première année de la plantation jusqu'à mi Juin avant de conclure qu'ils sont morts. En effet, il s'avère régulièrement que les tiges principales sèchent, et que le plant reparte vigoureusement de la souche. Si jamais il devait ne pas reprendre, il vous suffira de nous le signaler par mail avant le 30 Juin. Belle journée à vous. Chloé

En automne et en hiver la partie aérienne des plantes est souvent petite et/ou sans feuille mais l'important ce sont les racines, et elles sont bien développées, donc votre plante reprendra de plus belle aux beaux jours. j'espère avoir plu de chance cette année car l'année dernière la sécheresse a empêché une reprise normale.. il y a quelques années j'avais eu plus de chance.. j'espère également que le froid ne va pas abimer les plants récemment plantés

Ne pensez-vous pas qu'avant d'accorder une note il faille attendre la fructification car pour l'instant il ne s'agit que de simple tige.
