Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre commande ne vous apporte pas entière satisfaction. Comme indiqué sur nos fiches produits, le rosier avec motte est un rosier "prêt-à-planter". La motte est reconstituée manuellement avant expédition, à l’aide d’un substrat fertilisé, maintenu par un filet extensible et dégradable. Cela vous permet de conserver plus facilement et plus longtemps vos rosiers en cas de plantation différée. Rassurez-vous, tous nos rosiers sont contrôlés avant expédition. Quel que soit leur conditionnement, vous pouvez être sûr qu'ils prendront rapidement de la vigueur une fois replantés ! Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Ne soyez pas inquiète quant à votre rosier, il cache encore de nombreux yeux sous sont bois, prêts à prendre la relève. D'ailleurs, il convient de le retailler à la plantation. Cette taille sévère favorise l'enracinement, encourage la montée de la sève et provoque un redémarrage plus fort et régulier. Sans cette taille, les rosiers peuvent bourgeonner, mais manquent de vigueur car la sève ne parvient pas à alimenter correctement toutes les jeunes pousses qui se dessèchent. Le conditionnement des 3 rosiers 2 dans un sens 1 dans l'autre sens (pas cohérent avec les indications du carton) est à l'origine de l'endommagement de plusieurs bourgeons. Bien cdlt
