Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Effectivement, en cette saison les feuilles des marguerites peuvent tourner au jaune. Leur feuillage peut subsister lors des hivers doux, mais il fait déjà trop froid chez nous. Vous pourrez facilement vérifier leur bonne santé lorsque vous les sortirez du pot pour les planter : les racines doivent être nombreuses, plutôt claires, et fermes sous le doigt. N'hésitez pas à les pailler été comme hiver pour leur faciliter la vie ! Nous vous souhaitons une belle journée. Chloé

Les plants étaient en bon état mais plutôt moins beaux que les mêmes fleurs dans d'autres magasins locaux, pour un prix sensiblement pareil.

Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Nous comprenons votre ressenti mais rappelons que nos plants sont cultivés en serre froide et non forcés. Ils sont donc plus petits que certaines plantes poussées que vous pourrez trouver en jardineries, mais n'accuseront eux aucun choc à la transplantation et leur reprise sera facile, puisqu'ils ont poussé dans des conditions naturelles. Au contraire, ils se feront une joie de vous remercier de les avoir installés dans de bonnes conditions, nous n'en doutons pas ! Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire et je partage avec vous votre déception. Tous nos plants sont garantis jusqu'au 30 juin suivant la date d'achat, et cela a été prolongé jusqu'au 31 juillet en raison de la crise sanitaire. Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, je vous invite quand même à faire un mail à notre SAV à vpc@meillandrichardier.com avec des photos si possible, et ce même si la date est dépassée. Nous avons rarement de problèmes avec ce type de produit mais en cette année inédite, il a eu parfois quelques complications, nous en sommes désolés. comme les rosiers, des jeunes feuilles cassées, un peu mieux emballés que les rosiers mais pas de protections entre les plantes, tout est entassé dans un carton
