la photo est beaucoup plus jolie que la marchandise reçue j'aurai préféré que l'on me dise qu'il y en avait pas plutôt que de livrer de la vilaine marchandise

L'emballage plastique étranglait complètement le petit arbuste. Quand on a ouvert le paquet, on a constaté que 3 branches étaient déjà cassées avant le déballage. L'arbuste a été abimé à sa base, Il ne reste qu'une branche qui part à l'horizontale. Je ne sais pas si il repartira , en tout cas, il n'est pas prêt de retrouver une jolie forme. Je suis très déçue pour le prix payé.

Nous tâchons de préparer au mieux nos colis afin que les plants voyagent dans de bonnes conditions, mais tout ne se passe pas toujours comme prévu… il ne faut pas hésiter dans ces situations là à nous adresser un mail afin que nous puissions vous conseiller ou organiser un remplacement !
