Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Effectivement, selon la période d’expédition, vous pouvez recevoir dans vos colis, des pots où seule la terre ou quelques pousses sont apparentes. Soyez rassurée, c'est tout à fait normal. Lorsque vous planterez vos végétaux, vous pourrez constater que leurs racines sont bien vivantes, vous assurant un démarrage rapide au printemps. Si toutefois ce n’est pas le cas, nous vous rappelons que nos plants sont garantis 2 ans suivant la date de facture. Aussi, n'hésitez pas à nous tenir informés de leur évolution, afin que nous l’activions si nécessaire. Belle journée !

Bonjour et merci de votre retour. Les jeunes pousses des Delphiniums Magic Fountains en mélange sont un peu fragiles et peuvent se briser durant le transport. Pour redonner vigueur à vos plantes, il suffit simplement de recouper au ras du sol toutes la végétation pour que de nouvelles pousses encore plus vigoureuses naissent et fleurissent dès cet été ! Sur les 9 commandés, 2 semblent en capacité de faire quelque chose les autres rien à 19,50€ les deux c'est un peu cher....J'ai fait une réclamation, je trouve inadmissible de procéder à l'envoi de telles plantes pour votre clientèle. En plus votre service relation client est pour le moins inefficace pas de réponse on se défile en permanence

Ceci est normal en cette saison. Les racines ne sont, elles, pas sèches , il suffit de les mettre en terre , d'arroser puis de laisser faire la nature.Vous aurez de belles floraisons dès le mois de mai.
