Boite entassées et écrasées dans le carton, plantes abîmées. Une partie de la commande manquante avec un avoir valable uniquement par courrier, impossible par internet. L'avenir me dira si j'arrive à en sauver une majorité ou non.

Nous tâchons de préparer au mieux nos colis afin que les plants voyagent dans de bonnes conditions, mais tout ne se passe pas toujours comme prévu… Nous vous rappelons que vous être couvert par la garantie reprise jusqu'au 30 Juin, et que si votre plant ne repartait pas, il vous suffirait de nous adresser un mail d'ici là afin que nous ouvrions un dossier. Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire et je partage avec vous votre déception. Tous nos plants sont garantis jusqu'au 30 juin suivant la date d'achat, et cela a été prolongé jusqu'au 31 juillet en raison de la crise sanitaire. Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, je vous invite à faire un mail à notre SAV à vpc@meillandrichardier.com avec des photos si possible. Nous avons rarement de problèmes de reprise avec ce type de produit mais en cette année inédite, il a eu parfois quelques complications, nous en sommes désolés. Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire. Je partage avec vous votre déception mais pour information, il arrive parfois que les fleurs à bulbes ou les vivaces ne fleurissent pas la première année (grosses chaleurs, plantation tardive… ce qui peut bloquer la floraison). Je vous invite donc à les garder en terre et à patienter jusqu'à l'arrivée des premières fleurs. Le jardinage est une école de la patience… Comptant sur votre compréhension et espérant garder votre confiance. Base des tiges pourries, pas frais, mousse sur le terreau, pas conforme à photo, a du mal à reprendre !!!

Plantées car je sais qu elles sont résistantes mais reçues jaunes et trempées en revanche emballage rigide appréciable

Correcte sans plus. C était un essai qui ne sera pas transforme. J'ai adresse une réclamation sur votre site reste sans réponse devant ce manque de considération je ne renouvellerais pas de commande.
