Bonjour et merci pour votre retour. Les fraisiers sont des plantes qui se contentent normalement d'un emplacement assez ensoleillé et de quelques soins rudimentaires. N'hésitez pas à utiliser un engrais pour fraisier et à bien veiller à les arroser ! Nous espérons qu'ils finiront par s'habituer à votre balcon ! Belle journée. Chloé

Aussi, comme dit pour les géraniums, où vous indiquez que la terre était sèche et la commande trop longue à venir, nous sommes surpris car votre colis a été préparé le 14.04, a été remis au transporteur le jour même, et le suivi indique qu'il a été livré le 16.04 à 15h. Ils ne sont pas forcés sous serre comme dans certains magasins, ce qui explique leur aspect parfois peu engageant. Ils reprendront vigueur dès le printemps prochain. Bonne journée, Laurent

Déçu à l'inverse des plants mara des bois les Gariguettes étaient déjà très rachitiques à la livraison et depuis la plantation il y a 1 mois perte de 50 % des plants.

Bonjour, vos fraisiers ne vont par "démarrer" immédiatement, il faut tout de même faire preuve d'un tout petit peu de patience , le temps de les laisser s'enraciner. Si toutefois, vous aviez un doute sur leur reprise n’hésitez pas à contacter notre SAV ( par le biais de la rubrique "Contactez-nous" ) , une petite explication et une photo de vos plants feront l'affaire. Fraisiers en botte de 20 à racines nues dans une poche en film plastique fermée de façon étanche bien protégés des chocs au cours du transport. Ils ont un aspect sain et vigoureux. Leur reprise est vigoureuse au repiquage.

Pour 2 kgs de guariguettes ,il me faudrait 20 plantes?...Je n'ai pris qu'un lot de 6. Je les ai plantées, mais ce sera pour l'année prochaine...me conseilleriez-vous d'en planter plus pour avoir satisfaction plus tard? Habitant en Allemagne, il faudrait que je sache quel coût pour plus de lots .C'est selon le poids, je pense? Merci de m'informer là-dessus, car je commanderai ( ou pas), selon vos conseils. J'ai été déçu par la très mauvaise qualité de l'emballage. Lors de l'ouverture du coli, j'ai trouvé les godets de fraisiers éparpillés et renversés. Cela n'e pas empècher de les planter dans de bonnes conditions. Mais j'ai dû le faire immédiatement après l'ouverture du coli pour ne pas perdre les faisiers qui n'étaient plus dans les godets et étaient ainsi racines nues.
